General conditions
  1. This bid is subject to the regulations and extra load charges decreed by the different trucking associations.

  2. Our responsibility extends to a maximum of 2$ per pound if the shipment's value is undeclared.

  3. These rates are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales taxes.

  4. These rates are subject to a minimum of 10 lbs per cubic foot.

  5. 15 feet and more: 1,000 lbs per linear foot.

  6. Forklift: capacity of 640 lbs.

  7. Merchandise conservation :

    • ZX - 12% in addition to the transportation rates for each delivery (minimum of $26.56)

    • Total load of 20m and more : 6% per delivery (minimum of $167.27)

  8. All fees are payable by the 15th of the following month.

  9. Rates for full loads include: one pickup and delivery, as well as 2 hours of loading; additional delivery at a rate of 75$ for each additional hour of loading or unloading, further supplementary rate of 75$ per hour.

  10. This bid will become null and void if it's not accepted within 30 days following its issue.
